You don't have to figure this out alone. Let's think it through together.

For when you need someone in your corner to help you get unstuck.

Kathy Archer, nonprofit leadership coach

This is for you if...

Maybe something just happened.

  • You got called into your boss's office, and you're still replaying the conversation three days later.
  • Your performance review blindsided you, and now you're questioning everything.
  • A board member called with a complaint, and you feel like the rug just got pulled out from under you.

Or maybe it's been building for a while.

  • You're exhausted and emotionally drained in a way that a weekend doesn't fix.
  • You feel like you're carrying this completely alone because you can't let your staff know, your board can't know, and your colleagues are caught up in their own stuff.
  • You just need someone in your corner who gets nonprofit leadership. Today.

What you tell me stays with me.

I know you can't say this stuff out loud at work. Your staff can't know you're struggling. Your board can't know you're second-guessing yourself. That's exactly why this call exists.

As a Certified Professional Coach through the International Coaching Federation, confidentiality is core to how I work. It's not an afterthought. What you share on this call isn't reported to your staff, your board, your funders, or anyone in your organization. This is just between us.

You don't have to carry this alone.

"Our session was exactly what I needed. Kathy was so incredibly helpful and reassuring."

"Kathy always asks the best questions and is very effective at helping me notice things. She inspires hope and encourages me to be my best self. I learn SO much each time we meet and will continue to use it in my everyday life. Kathy is the best thing that has happened to me at work."

Here's how it works.

Come to the call and tell me what's going on. There's no judgment here and no agenda other than helping you figure out what to do next.

With 25 years in the nonprofit sector and 16 years coaching leaders through moments exactly like this, you won't have to figure this out alone.

📞 You book your 45 minute coaching call and show up with what's on your mind.

🔍 We dig into what's actually happening. Not just the surface crisis but the dynamic underneath it. Because usually there's more going on than the one event that set things off.

🧭 We map out your next step. Something concrete you can do that moves you forward, even if it doesn't solve everything at once.

When we're done, you'll feel clearer, more grounded and like you actually have a path forward.

A quick note before you book

A heads up: I coach Monday through Friday, noon to 5 pm Mountain Time.
If that timing doesn't work with your schedule, this probably isn't the right fit for us right now, and that's okay.

Depending on your schedule and mine, you'll find a spot within the next couple of days to two weeks. If it's a bigger emergency than that, message me at kathy@silverrivercoaching.com, and I'll find you something sooner.

This is a single session, priced to be a low-barrier way in. It's not an ongoing coaching package. It's for leaders who haven't worked with me before and just need one conversation to get unstuck on what's happening right now. If it's helpful and you want ongoing support after, we can talk about what that looks like.

About Kathy

I know what it feels like to juggle too much, doubt your abilities, and wonder if you're really cut out for leadership.

I've been there. I navigated the ups and downs of the nonprofit sector for 25 years before I found a way through it. I've had hard conversations with my boss. I've had staff go around me. I've sat in meetings wondering if I was the problem.

That's why I do this work. Because nonprofit leadership is hard, and most of us never got the training we actually needed to do it well.

You shouldn't have to figure it out alone. That's what I'm here for.
